Prices start at $95.00 per sq ft plus transport and GST Willow Creek Homes Inc. has been building ultra custom homes of all shapes and sizes to meet the needs of our clients for the past thirteen years. We design and build all our homes to suit our customers wishes, whether they want a bungalow, bi-level, two-storey or cabin. All our custom modular homes are built to the Alberta Building Code, and placed on a conventional basement. All beams and support columns are included along with delivery and set. Willow Creek Homes has the proven technology, experience and expertise to build and deliver homes anywhere in Western Canada and the northwest United States. Located in the old air base hangar northeast of High River, we construct homes starting at 1000 sq. ft. (no upper size limit) in a controlled indoor environment safe from changing weather conditions. The controlled environment affects a lot of things - with no wind, rain, extreme temperatures or snow to contend with, there are no delays or weather damage to materials. People doing the work are more comfortable, so they are able to concentrate on what is really important - Quality Workmanship. We also build Multi Family condos (storey and duplex), as well as cabins with 5 plans starting from 600 sq ft and small commercial buildings.
